STAFF at the Worcester branch of Thursfields solicitors have raised £665 for Macmillan Cancer Care.
The new total has brought their fund-raising for various charities since 1990 to £14,000.
Started by their dedicated fund-raiser Sue Jordan in 1990, the Macmillan charity coffee morning has become an annual enjoyable event in the city practice's social calendar.
The firm continues to raise funds for the cause through the coffee morning, as well as raffling prizes given by clients and organisations.
Paul Gammon, partner of Thursfields in Worcester, said: "Sue started the charity coffee morning in 1990 and it has continued to grow.
"Following her untimely death in 2000, we felt it important to continue the event in her memory and the significant time and effort she put into organising it.
"A great deal of thanks is owed to the staff, clients and local organisations who have contributed to the event."
