THE DEVASTATED family of a missing woman are urging her to get in touch and let them know she's safe.
Susan James was last seen by her husband Samuel on Wednesday morning at their home in Smite Caravan Park, north of Worcester.
It is believed the 48-year-old mother-of-seven, who also has two grandchildren, then drove to her sister's house in Redditch, where she dropped her keys through the letterbox.
No one has seen or heard from her since.
Through floods of tears, her 19-year-old daughter Tammy begged her to come home.
"She has never done anything like this before and we have no idea where she has gone," she said. "We have searched the Redditch area but there is no sign of her. We are all desperately worried."
Mr James, who has been married to 48-year-old Susan for 25 years, said he was especially worried as his wife has a problem with alcohol.
"It's been getting worse lately," he said.
"We are scared something could have happened to her. If she sees this I just want her to give us a call and let us all know she is safe and well. Or if anyone recognises her picture and sees her please tell us."
Mrs James has a tattoo on her left forearm saying 'dad' and wears a sovereign ring on her right hand.
If anyone sees Mrs James they should call Mr James on 07881 8378096 or Tammy on 01905 756333.
