AN animal rescue centre has appealed for loving owners for five homeless cats.
Danemere Animal Rescue currently has two feline families, which staff are eager to keep together.
Identical siblings Tango and Harley, both one-year-olds, were taken to the Tibberton centre, near Worcester, after their owner became too ill to care for them.
Kennel supervisor Dave Lannie said: "These are very nervous, frightened little cats.
"They are partly domesticated, but are not all the way there.
"It will take them a little while to gain the trust of, and get used to their new owner."
The pair would not be suitable for a home with children and must be kept together.
The second family comprises three feral cats that need a home with a warm, dry outbuilding where they can sleep.
Mum Atlanta, aged three, and six-month-old siblings Angus and Amy have been at the centre for about five months.
Mr Lannie said they would be ideal for a farm or stables where they could spend their days hunting mice and rats. For more information call 01905 345655.
