SIR - "Propaganda nonsense doesn't help solution," says county councillor Liz Eyre. It's a pity the county council didn't realise that when they tried for a new school two years ago.
The reason she gives for why rebuilding on the existing site costs so much does not hold water.
Existing schools become building sites each time a new extension takes place. Recent examples are Elgar High, Cranham Drive and Elbury Mount.
