WFA COUNTY Cup action took precedence for the majority of Birdseye Sports Evesham and District Sunday League clubs but there were a trio of matches in Division One.
Evesham WMC defeated Inkberrow in a match that produced nine goals - seven in the first half when Workies led 4-3.
Williams hit a hat-trick for the hosts to add to goals from Powell (2) and Lewis, while Inkberrow replied with two goals from Chris Dixon and an Underwood effort.
Moreton Wanderers lead the table after defeating Offen-ham Rovers 4-1 thanks to goals from Mills(2), Winter and Payne. Lee Tustin netted for the losers.
Mickleton Rangers remain at the foot of the table after once again falling to the odd goal, This week they lost to Peopleton who scored through Baxter, Davies and Peterson, Tye and Donnison were on target for the Cotswolds side.
Alderton closed the gap on second division leaders Bretforton after defeating second-placed Willersey with a second half goal from Hammill.
Norgren recorded their first league win of the season in Division Three with victory at Sporting Theocs with May scoring twice.
Moreton Town returned to winning ways with a veng-eance after hitting 12 past Queens. Cider Mill moved up to second in the fourth division after a 5-1 defeat of the Gate Inn.
Ambassador, Red Horse and Bear progressed in the county Junior Cup, while Minor Cup holders Bretforton Old Boys were also comfortable winners.
