I READ the letters in last week's Shuttle/Times and News ( "New Tory leader to back hospital?") and I feel that I have to respond.
To the best of my knowledge the letter written by Conservative spokes-man Mark Garnier on your Letters Page the previous week was accurate and kind to Dr Richard Taylor.
I know for a fact that he always has the utmost respect for Richard, as I and many others have.
I feel that the Conservatives are backing health services in Worcestershire - as they always have. We cannot live in the past. Both Labour and Conservative governments have made mistakes in the past but we have to look at now and the future.
It is very easy to criticise, but the critics are not necessarily those who get up and try to put things right.
The health campaign is not just for one party. We should all be concerned and we are so lucky to have Mark Garnier, who works so hard for Wyre Forest.
