BEWDLEY Town, who play in Sunday Division Two of the Kidderm-inster and District Football League, made sure of their third round place in the Worcest-ershire FA Junior Cup with a 9-2 victory over Studley Sporting.

Hoobrook Crown, from Sunday Division Two also progressed to the next round, as did Division One's Wolverley Athletic and Stourport, beating Prinner Sports 3-1 and Rednal Social 6-1 respectively.

Worths Breakwells, from Division Three, were also among the goals as they gained a third round place in the Sunday Minor Cup, by winning 8-0 at Blue Maze.

Other Wyre Forest sides joining them in the next round are Areley Kings, Burlish Olympic, Gilt Edge, Ocean Designs Rangers, St Johns Seniors, Three Crowns and Wrens Nest.

A closely-fought Wyre Forest derby in the Saturday Junior Cup second round ended 1-1 at full-time so was decided on penalties, when Areley Kings beat Brintons 4-2.

Wyre Forest Saturday Division One sides in the next round of the Minor Cup are Burlish Olympic, who beat West Malvern 5-1, Wilden, winning 7-0 against Tenbury United Reserves, Clubhouse Sports with a 3-1 win at West Hagley, and Rising Sun who overcame Badsey United Reserves 2-1.
