SIR - 'Wheelie bins for all' seems to be the slogan for Worcester residents. My mother is 90 years old, disabled and lives in Worcester.
She is expected to wheel her bin up three steps and up a steep garden path to place her bin out for the dustmen. It is a 14-mile round trip for me if there are no kind neighbours about to do this task. It's a case of Worcester wins and I lose.
I wonder if the Worcester councillors who dreamt up this scheme will be able to carry out such feats when they are 90 years old and disabled?
TERRY JAMES,
