A STUNNING new mural has brightened up Pershore High Street and put a garden shop on the map, thanks to the talents of a local student.
Rune and Resolution shop owner Fiona Abbott was concerned the front of her garden-based gift store was lacking a little colour so enlisted the talents of artist Jo Eyres.
The Pershore College student was given a free rein over the design - as long as it captured the outdoor theme of the shop - and Ms Abbott was thrilled with the results.
"We wanted to brighten it up a bit and it looks fantastic, we are really pleased," she said.
"So many people have come in and commented on it, and said how good it looks. There are even some insects on the picture for kids to find.
"It's also great because it was by a local student and artist."
Rune and Resolution sells a range of gifts - including calendars, ornaments and even bath products - all aimed at the garden and gardeners.
