Gamer's play undercover cop Tanner in the third instalment of the Driver series.

As Tanner you must infiltrate the biggest car theft of all time!

Graphically Driv3r's FMV's are nothing short of amazing providing gamers with a cinematic display of beauty to unfold the game's storyline.

However, when it comes to the in-game graphics, the game is decidedly average.

Anybody playing this game will instantly draw comparisons with GTA, but of course there are many differences.

Take first the realism factor, in GTA gamer's are near enough invincible, but with Driv3r you crash into a lamppost you smash the front of your car in as opposed to knock it over with sheer strength.

Likewise, when driving away from the police genuine skill and clever driving is required to shake them off.

Gamers play both on foot and in car, carrying out a variety of missions such as setting off explosives on a yacht!

If gamers find themselves in water rather than drown they actually find themselves swimming about.

Considering Driv3r focuses so much on realism it is surprising that one goes for a casual dip when out at sea! Driv3r spans three cities and will keep gamers busy for several weeks before they reach completion.

Although it has its flaws, Driv3r is a respectable game but it is not quite up there with the likes of GTA.
