A GROUP of amateur thespians from Worcester is urging county residents to show their support and snap up tickets for its forthcoming production.
St John's Players shall be performing the comedy Key for Two at Droitwich's Norbury Theatre from Wednesday, May 11 until Saturday, May 14, with each performance starting at 7.45pm.
Ray Archer, director of the production, described the play as 'wickedly amusing'.
"Harriet, a divorcee living in an elegant flat, solves her financial problems by entertaining two married gentleman on different days of the week," he explained.
"The scheme faces collapse when her friend Anne arrives at the flat unexpectedly, closely followed by two irate wives in search of itinerant husbands.
"The confusion that ensues builds to a rich complexity of mistaken identity and farcical situations - the happiest of frolics. I am sure you will enjoy this very funny play."
For tickets for the show, which cost £7 or £6 concessions, call the box office on 01905 770154.
