PLANS to reduce the number of Upton town councillors from 15 to 11 will be voted on in November.
Town councillor Simon Wilkinson said it struggled to get a full complement of candidates for elections.
"The change would make things more manageable," he told a meeting last week. There have also been calls to review representation across the wards of Longdon Heath, Hook Ward and Upton Town, largely unchanged since Victorian times.
Any official decision on changes rests with Malvern Hills District Council.
