UPTON, what a lovely place to live, except for dog mess all over the pavements. So will all the lazy people in the Hillsfield, Gardens Walk, down to Price's Lane area, please take their mess home or perhaps they might like it brought into their homes onto the carpets.
MHDC put up signs saying dog owners will be fined, what a waste of time! I hope these people will in time be fined heavily and maybe will think twice about going out without doggie bags.
