COMMUNICATION between police and residents will be raised at the next Police Community Consultative Group meeting.
Supt John Jones, in charge of West Mercia's communications, and Supt Rod Reynolds, who heads the Worcester C division operational police team, will be answering questions from the public.
John Campion, from the Police Authority, will report on the possible local impact of police reorganisation, which was condemned by South Worcestershire MP Sir Michael Spicer this week.
PCCG chairman John Lakeman said residents' concerns about the difficulty of reporting incidents through the communication centre and the lack of feedback on action taken would be raised.
Fears about the time that it takes for police to attend incidents will also be discussed.
On-street parking enforcement is also on the agenda but Mr Lakeman said he did not want the issue to highjack the meeting.
On November 9, Mr Lakeman has to report back to the police authority on what the PCCG has achieved since its re-launch in March.
The meeting is at Priory Lodge Hall, Malvern, on Thursday, November 3. Coffee at 7pm is followed by the meeting at 7.30pm.
