CLEOBURY Mortimer returned to Midlands Four West South action and settled for a 13-13 draw at Shipston after being 10 points adrift at the break.
The home side opened with a couple of early penalties and a converted try with Cleobury hitting back with a penalty kick by Allan Shields.
Cleobury stepped up a gear in the second half and reduced the deficit further with an opportunist try by scrum-half Willie Bache.
With Shields adding the conversion and then levelling the score shortly afterwards with his second penalty of the game, the final few minutes were tense.
Indeed, the last kick of the match was a penalty for Cleobury from the touchline which Shields struck sweetly, but it just shaved the wrong side of the post to leave the scores all square.

Cleobury crossed the line four times with Nick Griffiths and Morgan Whittle both grabbing a brace after an early penalty from Colin Smith had settled the nerves. He also managed to convert the first three tries.
Then, when the fourth try went in under the posts, Nigel Williams was offered the opportunity to convert and finally reached his 100 points milestone for the club.
Clee Hill's only response was a single unconverted try.
