FRUSTRATED Studley manager Kevin Rowlands will sit down with his players this week in a bid to stamp out the selfish streak running through the side.
Title hopefuls Quorn grabbed the points on Saturday when a last gasp winner gave them a 1-0 victory.
But the Bees boss was left scratching his head after his forwards squandered a number of chances to take the lead before Kris Nurse grabbed the injury time winner.
"We were so close to winning but it is such a fine line between no points and three points and yet again we have been left empty-handed," Rowlands said.
"We lost because of players making the wrong decisions in crucial arrears - we should have been one or two-up before they scored.
"The players should know better. Anyone at this level should know that the first rule is that team success is more important than individual success. The ball should be squared if someone is better placed.
"The same thing happened at Cradley when we were leading 4-1. It wasn't a problem then but it was when it happened again on Saturday. Their attitude is selfish and costly and we need to sit them down and tell them what we should be doing."
Rowlands added that there were a number of good things to come out of the game, especially following a torrid 4-0 midweek defeat at Oldbury when all the goals came in a miserable second half.
The Bees face a tricky test on Saturday when they play host to Loughborough Dynamo while they head to Southern League Premier Division side Evesham United on Tuesday in the Worcestershire Senior Cup.
