PLAYFUL pupils were jumping for joy during a popular event at a Droitwich school.
Youngsters from Westacre Middle School took part in the school's two-day skipping extravaganza, which started on Wednesday, October 19.
Pupils spent the two days jumping and hopping with friends as part of a special fun workshop at the Ombersley Way building.
Sue Dale, who is the British national skipping team coach, visited the school to teach year five, six and seven pupils skipping skills and the importance of keeping fit.
Sue said: "The pupils had a great time, the event went really well and was enjoyed by girls and boys alike.
"A few were even interested in joining one of the clubs I run."
