DROITWICH'S John Bickerton picked up £16,000 for coming eleventh in the Mallorca Classic over the weekend.
Bickerton closed with a level par 70 to finish with a four-round total of 278, which is two-under-par.
The professional started strongly with a round of 67 to leave him three under-par.
He then maintained his good form with rounds of 71 and 70 in the second and third rounds.
Jose Olazabal was the event's winner as he grabbed his first victory on the European Tour for three and a half-years.
The 39-year-old Spaniard charged four ahead with a superb front nine of 31. He then stretched that to six after the 11th and ended up taking the £170,744 prize by five shots.
