FREE chocolate and a variety of prizes were on offers to customers of a council service centre in Malvern who aired their views on how well it was doing its job.
People at the Malvern branch of the Worcestershire Hub - based in the library in Graham Road - could enter a word search competition, enjoy free stress mice, take away balloons and enjoy plenty of free chocolates and sweets.
The customer service centre was encouraging the people who usee it to give it more feedback as part of National Customer Service Week.
Display boards of questions and feedback from customers over the past year were also put up and around the centre, with responses from Malvern Hills District Council.
Sarah Walters, the district council's acting customer services manager, said: "We're always encouraging feedback from our customers on how we're meeting their needs.
"We really enjoyed having the extra touches around the service centre last week, and we received a great amount of feedback from customers."
The Worcestershire Hub is a countywide partnership offering a range of county and district council services.
In some areas of the county it also involves key partners such as the police, JobCentre Plus and town councils.
