NORTH Midlands have made eight changes to their starting line-up for their Midlands Under 18 Championship pool match against Staffordshire at Droitwich tomorrow (2pm).

North Midlands were forced to field a depleted side against Warwickshire on Wednesday because of Daily Mail Schools Cup commitments and in-juries and were beaten 39-5. Warwickshire have already won the West Midlands pool.

But with no school commitments tomorrow, North Midlands have been able to name a near full-strength side. This includes six changes in the backs and three in the pack.

Winger Daniel Poulton, who played full-back last Wednesday, is the only survivor from that back division. James Heath, Matt Hinks, Mark Newton, Matt Cox and Joe Gavin survive in the pack.

Tomorrow's game will determine second and third place in the West Midlands pool and which team North Midlands will play in the Midlands Festival at Broadstreet on Sunday, October 30.
