PROP Chris Horsman has been left out of Worcester's squad to face Montpellier Herault at Sixways tomorrow after he was cited for allegedly stamping in last Friday's match against Leeds.
Horsman will appear in front of a Rugby Football Union disciplinary panel in Bristol next Tuesday after being charged following a review by the independent citing officer.
On the same day, Wales coach Mike Ruddock is due to name his squad for the autumn internationals and Horsman's place could now be in doubt.
The 27-year-old has just completed a three-year residency in the principality and looked set to replace the injured Gethin Jenkins but, if he is found guilty, Horsman could be banned for a month or more.
That would rule him out of Wales' games against New Zealand, Fiji, South Africa and Australia, which take place from November 5 to 26.
Horsman's place in Worcester's European Challenge Cup match goes to Tevita Taumoepeau, who starts at tight-head against his former side.
Elsewhere, youngsters Richard Blaze and Uche Oduoza come into starting line-up.
Blaze replaces Achilles victim Phil Murphy in the second row for his first start of the season, while Oduoza plays on the wing.
Wing Thinus Delport and Nicolas Le Roux will make up the three-quarters if they pass late fitness tests.
Full back Le Roux has got a bruised ankle, while Delport has a knee problem. Replacement Kai Horstmann will also have a late test following a rib injury.
Montpellier have made a slow start to their domestic season in France, but Warriors director of rugby John Brain expects them to make it tough for his charges.
He said: "Montpellier have not had a particularly good start to their league campaign. But they have got a lot of quality in their team and they've not been beaten heavily by anyone.
"They are a decent side. There is no doubt about that.
"I expect their scrum to be strong and I would expect them to have a good maul."
Warriors: Le Roux, Oduoza, Hinshelwood, Lombard, Delport, Drahm, Gomarsall, Windo, Fortey, Taumoepeau, Blaze, Gilles, Vaili, Sanderson, Hickey. Replacements: Clunis, MacDonald, O'Donaghue, Horstmann, Powell, Brown, Tucker.
