JOHN Hinton asks "do I want children taught in schools with inadequate buildings and unreasonable facilities". The answer is no.

Parts of Christopher Whitehead School are unsound. I could list many schools in the county of the same age.

Some are better, some worse, but they are still in use. I can also mention some younger that have had to have high amounts of money spent on them to keep them watertight when only four or five years old.

What are the unreasonable facilities that are missing at Chrissies that all the other schools have - or have we got a bigger problem on our hands?

One other problem seems to be overlooked - if the school moves, who provides the new Community Hall for St John's? Who pays?

If the site is not going to be a school it should be returned to its original owner - the people of Worcester.
