Altough Warley play at a higher level, Chaddesley adopted a no fear approach with Pete Goodyear bagging a brace and Andy Barham also crossing.
Nick White kicked seven conversions and a penalty.
They return to North Midlands South Two action at Bromyard on Saturday.
Chaddesley seconds could only manage a solitary Mark England try as they lost 39-5 to Warley seconds with just 14 players.
