A QUARTET of clubs still boast unblemished records in the Stratford Alliance after last Saturday's programme.

Broadway's 4-1 win at bottom of the table Badsey Rangers moved the visitors two points clear of Quinton who could only manage a 2-2 draw at Badsey United.

The other two Aquaid Division One games saw Kelvin Pugh hit a hat-trick as Southam won 4-1 at Earlswood and Alcester Lions and Halfords take a point apiece from a goalless draw.

The leading trio in Cutler Division Three have all made perfect starts and they maintained their 100 per cent records with wins on the road.

Welford had a hat-trick star in Dan Valentino as the leaders won 6-1 at Blockley Sports, while two goals from Ryan Helliker proved sufficient as Henley Forest saw of the challenge of FISSC Reserves.

Like Welford, Ilmington made it six wins out of six with a 3-1 success at Quinton where Bryan Wilkins, Scott Taylor and Matt Hopkins all found the net for the winners.

Shaun Read scored four times as Bidford stayed fourth after a a 4-2 defeat of Badsey United Reserves, while a treble from John Bird helped Inkberrow ease to an 8-0 triumph at lowly Welford B.

Studley Nags Head lost for the first time in Herald Division Two and their unbeaten record went with a bang as Littleton smacked in six on their travels.

Tom Heath scored three and Sam Huckvale two as the winners made it three wins from four matches.

FISSC are now just two points adrift in second after a 4-1 win at Shipston where Steve Titmus scored a hat-trick.

A 2-2 draw between Dog and Pheasant and Swan Inn saw the mid-table pair miss out on the chance to close the gap on the top three as third in the table Halfords defeated Cubbington 4-1.

The match between the bottom two saw Henley Forest lose for the sixth time in six league outings as a Ben Metrovich double helped Badsey Rangers pocket their first points of the campaign.
