EVESHAM Under-10s fielded a full strength squad for Sunday's away game at Brom-yard including newcomers Jack Gillett and James Williamson.
Right from the start both teams displayed expansive rugby however fine forward work by Adam Johnson, Joe Beirns and Michael Har-ris gave Evesham the platform to secure the first points with Mathew Camp driving over.
Thomas Heneghan, Alex Tarplee combined with player of the match Jack Witts to disrupt Bromyard's possession in open play with the latter securing a second try.
This spurred Brom-yard into action and they quickly responded with a score of their own.
The visitors started the second half with commendable team spirit in the face of skilled and organised Bromyard attacking play.
Alex Stoddart and Sam Waller displayed tackling skills that repeatedly gave Evesham the chance to turnover Bro-myard attacking positions and this led to a fine solo effort from Arron Parks to complete a 3-1 success.
The winners are next in action at home to Stow this weekend.
