MEMBERS thoroughly enjoyed our September meeting when gardening guru Reg Moule told us all about grasses and brought some beautiful examples to show us. Despite the terrible weather the meeting was well supported thanks to the popularity of Reg.
In 2004 many members visited the wonderful gardens at Preen Manor in Shropshire and we are pleased to welcome Ann Trevor-Jones to our meeting next Wednesday to show us slides and tell us how she and her husband restored the gardens surrounding the fascinating house. If you are interested in coming to this rare opportunity to hear Ann please do join us for 8pm at St Saviours' Hall, West Hagley. Visitors always welcome to the gardeners' club. You don't have to be a gardener to enjoy our company. For information, telephone 01562 777014.
