STOURPORT Ladies firsts continued their impressive start to life in the Midland Conference League with a 4-3 victory over Birmingham University.
Holly Lashford's girls showed great character to come back from 2-0 down and claim their second success of the season.
Even when they were trailing, they kept their heads up and created a host of chances which whizzed wide of the far post.
Fran Moss pulled a goal back with the first of her two strikes, before Melissa Kennedy levelled the scores after good play by Sophie Harris and player of the match Vicky Whitehouse.
And they continued their remarkable comeback when Moss put them 3-2 up from a short corner just before the break.
Stourport completed their scoring in the second half when skipper Lashford fired home, altough they shipped a goal through sloppy play to ensure a tense finale.
They visit Warwick at 2.30pm on Saturday.
Stourport Ladies seconds made it three wins out of three in Worcestershire Division One with a 3-0 victory over Kings Heath firsts.
Kate Bailey notched a double while Alex Totney was also on target.
The seconds visit Bourneville seconds at 2pm on Saturday.
There was also victory for the Ladies thirds who won 3-1 at Camp Hill in Worcestershire Division Two.
Despite difficult weather conditions and an awkward pitch they swept aside their hosts with Teri Baron bagging a brace and Jessica Trundle also scoring.
They visit Old Sils seconds at 12.30pm on Saturday.
Stourport fourths were most disappointed to leave with a share of the spoils after feeling they deserved to win their goalless draw at Droitwich thirds.
Kim O'Conner had a 'goal' disallowed, while at the other end Sara Jennings cleared from Droitwich's most dangerous attack.
They host Tenbury seconds in Worcestershire Division Three at 2pm on Saturday.
Kidderminster Ladies could find no way past the Cresconians defence during a frustrating 1-0 defeat.
A deflection off one of their own defenders was enough to sink Kidderminster who had a goal of their own from Kate Jones disallowed.
Giverney Gallagher was their player of the match after some great runs down the right wing.
The ladies travel to Droitwich on Saturday.
