STOURPORT Swifts new boss Roy Rencher must continue his squad rebuilding after seeing one of his promising young players headhunted by Unibond outfit AFC Telford.
Towering teenage defender Andy Jones has been snapped up Bernard McNally's Bucks after impressing at Walshes Meadow following his arrival from Bridgnorth Town.
Stourport have also lost their first choice goalkeeper following former boss Dave Titterton's resignation with Craig Ladek leaving to join Midland Alliance side Studley.
Top of Rencher's priority list however will be reversing a depressing run of results which has seen Swifts slip into the Southern Football League Western Division bottom two.
Although a pre-booked holiday meant he only officially took charge for Tuesday's 3-2 defeat by Paulton Rovers, Swifts have now lost three matches since his appointment. They host Leighton Town on Saturday.
