VITAL evidence could not be viewed after a Worcester Magistrates' Court security system wiped a CCTV video.
Kelly Young, of Coronation Street, Evesham, denied both disorderly behaviour, causing harassment, alarm and distress and handling stolen goods.
Kriss Ewing, prosecuting, said: "Apparently, if you take videos through the court's security arch, it wipes it.
"This is not the first time I've viewed a video with nothing on it."
Emily Lenham, defending, said she would obtain a second copy and no harm had been done.
Young, aged 18, was released on unconditional bail and will re-appear for trial on Thursday, January 5, next year.
