STOURPORT strengthened their position at the top of North Midlands South Two with a 34-14 victory at Bromyard.

In torrential conditions Stourport won the forward battle and deservedly overcame a home side that fought bravely and determinedly to the end.

This laid the platform for their back line who scored all six tries with Anton Cronje grabbing a hat-trick, Jaco Bester scoring twice and Steve MacDonald also crossing. Rob Humphries kicked two conversions.
