IS your kitty cute, your bunny bonkers or your dog dynamic? The hunt is on to find the best pet around with the launch of Pet Idol 2005.
There are £3,000 worth of prizes up for grabs in the competition, in association with Wilsons Pet Centres.
If you have a pet with that special something, we want to hear from you.
Send us an entry coupon, a photograph with the name of your pet and a sentence explaining why they make you proud.
The competition will be judged in four categories - dogs, cats, small furry animals and birds.
Coupons will be included in the Worcester News until Saturday, October 22.
The pets will feature in a supplement on Wednesday, November 9, and readers will be asked to vote for their favourite from each category, using coupons printed until Saturday, November 19.
The top 10 pets will appear in the paper and a panel of judges will select a winner and two runners-up from each category, to be invited to a presentation ceremony at Wilsons Pet Centre, Shrub Hill Retail Park, Worcester.
Entry to the competition, which is free, could not be easier. Send a clear photograph of your pet, complete with an entry coupon to Pet Idol Competition, Worcester News, Promotions Dept, Hylton Road, Worcester, WR2 5JX, by Saturday, October 29, or post them in boxes at Wilsons Pet Centres in Worcester, Evesham, Kidderminster, Malvern or Bromsgrove.
