ORGANISERS of a new six-a-side tournament at Evesham High School on Sundays have announced that any new teams wishing to enter the league will be given free entry into the new league.
The league starts at the end of this month and there's a £1000 prize for the winners.
It's the only league in the area offering cash prizes in addition to man of the match, top scorers, player of the week and other detailed awards.
Qualified referees will officiate and all equipment is provided. League tables, information and fixtures are on the website, which is updated weekly, at www.leisureleagues.net
Trophies are awarded at the end of each season to the winners and runners-up when all teams have a chance to participate in a £5000 national competition.
As there are a number of divisions, all standards of teams are welcome and they may be friends from the pub, organised teams or just starters over the age of 15 wanting to get involved in competitive football for the first time.
Any teams that would like more information or wish to enter the league should contact Leisure Leagues on 0845 2302340 or they can register online.
