POLICE are seeking information after racist graffiti was daubed on a car in Matchborough.
The car was parked in Maxstoke Close between 11.30pm on Monday, October 3 and 7.40am the following day when the attack took place.
Racist words and symbols had been written along the passenger side of the car in permanent black marker pen, causing more than £200 damage.
PC Simon Lammas said: "This sort of incident is very distressing to those targeted and we're treating it very seriously.
"If anyone saw this car being damaged or has any information to help with our enquiries, please call us on 08457 444888 or Crimestop-pers on 0800 555111."
