LLANELLI Scarlets today claimed wing Aisea Havili is on his way to Worcester Warriors.
The Tongan international has been released from his contract by the Welsh side and is expected to cross the border.
Scarlets chief executive Stuart Gallacher said: "With many of our current injured players returning to full fitness, our strength in the wing position is strong.
"With this in mind we have agreed to release Aisea Havili from his contract and thank him for all his efforts on behalf of the region. We wish him well with his new club."
The 28-year-old 5ft 7ins player has five caps for Tonga. He joined the Stradey Park club in 2004 after the disbanding of the Celtic Warriors and scored 20 tries in 27 appearances for Scarlets.
Another wing, Sixways trialist and former rugby league star Steve Booth, was one of four try scorers in Worcester's 'A' match against Sale last night.
Those four scores were enough to secure a valuable bonus point but Warriors still ended up losing the match at Heywood Road 42-30.
The other try scorers for Worcester were Chris Hallam, Tom Jarvis and Nick Runciman.
Gareth Morgan added two conversions and two penalties.
The result means Warriors are still bottom of the northern league with six points from as many games.
Warriors entertain Leicester Tigers in the 'A' League next Monday.
