TRIALIST Steve Booth has been put on stand-by for Warriors as their injury list continues to grow.
The wing has not been named in the provisional 22 for the trip to former club Leicester, but he could be called up to the substitutes bench if academy player Sam Robinson fails to recover from a back problem.
Booth has had his trial period extended for another two weeks and the former rugby league star provides Warriors with another kicking option.
Skipper Pat Sanderson will also miss the Powergen Cup match after struggling with an arm injury for the last two weeks. He is one of several senior players who will be rested for a match that Worcester need to win to maintain their interest in the competition.
Worcester: Hylton; Tucker, Hinshelwood, Lombard, Oduoza; Drahm, Gomarsall; Sparks, C Fortey, Taumoepeau, Collier, O'Donaghue, Vaili, Tuamoheloa, Horstmann.
Replacements: MacDonald, Keylock, Blaze, Hickey, Powell, Robinson, Lenard.
