A SNORKELLING course for children aged from eight to 12, but also open to parents, will be starting soon at Stourport Leisure Centre.
The six-week course introduces juniors to snorkelling, building their confidence in the water, and after a few hours' tuition with the divers, the youngsters will be ready to explore the watery world in safety.
A certificate will be awarded on completion of the course.
A new scuba diving course for those aged 12 to adult, will be available on Sunday afternoons in the new year, with all new members receiving free training and free loan of equipment during basic pool training.
Details regarding the above, or the one-hour "try-a-dive", or gift vouchers, are available on the club website at www.StourportDivers.com or telephone John Carmichael on 01562 753637 weekdays from 9am until 6pm.
