A VALE author has contributed to a tasty collection of sumptuous short stories mixed with delicious recipes.
The book, Saucy Shorts for Chefs, has a foreword by celebrity chef Anthony Worral Thompson.
With the sale of each book a £1 will donated to the Breast Cancer Research campaign.
Sue Johnson, from Pershore, has written a short story called Picking Cherries for the book which is divided into starters, main courses and desserts.
Ms Johnson runs classes at Number 8 in Pershore and the Garage Art Group in Evesham.
Her short stories have also been published in Woman and My Weekly magazines.
She is is also a member of the Romantic Novelists Asso-ciation.
Mr Worral said: "Food, love and charity are important to us all and these can be found in this exciting and new collection of short stories."
