IN my letter published on Saturday, September 15, I did, quite specifically, refer to the provision of "reasonable buildings and facilities."
Since M Simpkins chooses to take issue with this (Monday, September 26) are we to assume that he favours inadequate buildings and unreasonable facilities ?
