GENEROUS Spa residents enjoyed a cuppa or two when they helped raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Relief during the world's biggest coffee morning.
Townsfolk joined thousands of others from across the country last Friday to support the annual fundraising drive.
Coffee mornings were held at homes, stores, schools and meeting places throughout Droitwich over the weekend.
Jon Raynor, Macmillan's Worcestershire organiser, said: "This is the fifteenth year of the event and it just keeps getting bigger and better. Some people choose to host their own events, whereas others, who simply do not have the time to get too involved, pop along for a cuppa at a public event to show their support and make a donation."
Staff at the Safe Hands Nursery, in Old Coach Road, held their event last Saturday for parents and children.
Organiser Lisa Griffiths said: "It was an excellent day and we managed to raise £300. All of the staff got involved and we had many parents and children join us for a fun morning."
