YOUNGSTERS marked the start of the Muslim festival Ramadan with a variety of fun and educational activities.
At Friday's event, children, of Leapfrog Day Nursery in Warndon, Worcester learned all about the month of fasting and put their creativity to the test, making trinkets and money boxes.
Manager of the Brindley Road nursery, Vicky Thurston said: "It was a great opportunity to learn more about this important Muslim festival.
"The children loved it and enjoyed making the money boxes and filling them with treasures."
