EACH week, we read of at least one case of a terrified and vulnerable child killed by a group of moronic youngsters. He named leader is usually 18, but younger members of the feral pack are never identified for legal reasons.
The preferred charge is usually manslaughter. Why are they not automatically charged with murder?
