Upton's Joyce Brown has been appointed to the management board for the Malvern-based Elgar Housing Association.
She was nominated by the association's tenants' panel. Executive director Clare Huyton said: "I'm sure she'll make a significant contribution, particularly in terms of improving services to tenants."
