STAGE star Maureen Lipman will be the special guest at a charity coffee morning as part of the World's Biggest Coffee Morning.
The actress, appearing this week in Glorious! at Malvern Theatres, will be at St James Antiques, Wells Road, Malvern Wells, tomorrow (Friday).
Starting at 10.30am, the event will also include an auction of donations, including antiques such as a clock and an oriental table, and meals at local restaurants. Proceeds will go to Macmillan Cancer Relief.
n Girls at St James's School in West Malvern have baked biscuits, cakes and flapjacks for the World's Biggest Coffee Morning. The event starts at 10.30am in the school's newly refurbished food room. Donations are requested and home-made cakes and biscuits will be on sale. Everyone is welcome.
n Taking part in the fundraiser for seventh year running is Mary Beattie, of 12 Meadway, Malvern, who is holding a coffee morning and bring and buy at 10.30am.
