AN assault on a man in Kidderminster is being investigated by police officers who are appealing for witnesses of the attack to come forward.
The victim was walking past the Tesco Express store in Stourport Road when he was approached by two men.
One of them headbutted the victim and the other man pulled him away.
The attacker is described as white, in his late 20s or early 30s, 5ft 8ins with a muscular or stocky build and cropped blonde hair. He was wearing a black T-shirt and trousers.
The second man is described as white and in his mid 20s, 5ft 11ins, with a slim build and short black curly hair.
PC Amy Corbett of Kidderminster police said police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident, which happened at around 10pm on Saturday, September 10, or who could help to identify the offender.
