VOLUNTEERS from the Worcestershire and Herefordshire, Age Concern held their annual event on a boat in Evesham.
The 150 volunteers gathered together last Thursday aboard the Handsam Boat on the river Avon in Evesham.
Volunteers from the charity who usually celebrate their annual gathering each year in August decided to take a boat trip in September. Volunteer support and press officer, Nicola Hampton said: "All of our volunteers had a lovely time aboard the boat. We certainly received a lot of positive feedback from everyone."
All Age Concern volunteers gathered at the Evesham branch in Church Street where they were welcomed with tea and cakes.
