Members wore hats to the September meeting to mark 90 years of the movement.
During August eight members had helped on Thursday mornings at Areley Kings Club, and the annual "Punch and Pie" party was held to raise funds for the Denman bursary.
Preparations are underway for art classes, for hosting the autumn group meeting, and the Christmas party. Members were encouraged to put their names forward for committee.
Guest presenter Jennifer Szimaitis demonstrated how to make greetings cards. Members had the opportunity to try the craft themselves.
At the next meeting, on Monday, October 10 in Areley Kings village hall at 7.30pm, the speaker will be Brian Draper, on "The Wye - Source to Hereford".
