Volunteers used two club boats to not only enter the Stourport Carnival street procession, but to provide safety cover for both day and night river events.
The following day the club offered a free "Try-a-dive".
Besides learning to scuba dive, becoming a scuba diver instructor, powerboat handling, diver coxswain, oxygen admin, first aid and heart-start are some of the additional skill hourses available through the group.
New scuba diving course for anyone from 12 to adult, and snorkel courses aimed at eight to 12-year-olds, but also open to parents, are now available on Sunday afternoons at Stourport Leisure Centre, with new members to receive free training and free loan of equipment during basic training.
