THE importance of mental and physical wellbeing will be highlighted at an event at Kidderminster Town Hall next month.
The event will be held on World Mental Health Day, Monday, October 10, and includes a craft workshop, music and drama group.
More than 20 exhibitors will take part, including MIND and Relate, and there will be a "chill out zone" for people to participate in relaxation therapies, including reflexology and aromatherapy.
Entrance is free, along with refreshments, and doors open from 11am until 4pm.
The event is organised by Wyre Forest Primary Care Trust with partners including Community First, Relate, Worcestershire Mental Health Partnership Trust and Wyre Forest District Council.
