A VOLUNTEER from Forest Cat Welfare is hoping to find the owner of this lost cat found in Kidderminster three weeks ago.
The dark grey feline was taken to Charnock and Shepherd veterinary practice in Comberton Place after it was found near Franche Road.
Julia Hale, who is currently looking after the cat, said: "I am sure he must belong to someone. He is very loving and gentle. He has definitely got pedigree features."
Miss Hale, who has named the cat Barney, said she believed he could be an American short hair, adding: "If anyone recognises him as a pedigree breed please let me know. If no-one comes forward to claim him, we would be looking to find him a special home."
If anyone recognises the cat or would like to offer it a home, contact Forest Cat Welfare on 01562 634427.
