TEENAGE all-rounder Sam Thomson passed 500 runs for the season last weekend and now has his sights set on reaching 50 wickets.
The Badsey 15-year-old has two games left to grab the four wickets required to complete a notable double after he helped the villagers to two wins last weekend.
Thomson scored an unbeaten 28 and took 2-22 in his side's 20-run defeat of Bewdley on Saturday and then added 13 more to run tally, again unbeaten when hitting the winning boundary against Warwick University Staff.
Tony Cowley continued his prolific summer with the bat by hitting 97 against the latter when he shared a century stand with Adam Westmacott after a rare failure the previous day when Ian Hardwick top scored with 73.
